How can FLO CRS help?
FLO CRS is a nasal and sinus wash that has been specifically designed to relieve symptoms of sinusitis. FLO CRS is a low-salt formulation and does not affect the salt sensitive immune factors in the sinuses.
Using FLO CRS can help by:
- Thinning the thick mucus found in sinusitis
- Washing away irritants and inflammatory material
- Washing away pollen and other allergens and irritants
FLO CRS 4 is a starter kit containing 1 FLO sinus wash bottle and 4 sachets. FLO CRS refills are available in packs of 50 sachets.

How To Use
- Add lukewarm pre-boiled water to the FLO sinus wash bottle fill line
- Add the contents of one FLO sachet to the bottle
- Screw the cap firmly onto the bottle and shake until all powder has dissolved.
- Lean over a basin or sink and tuck your chin towards your Insert the cap nozzle into your nostril.
- While breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze the FLO sinus wash bottle until the solution starts to drain from your other nostril.
- Continue until about half of the solution has been used. Repeat on the other nostril with the remaining solution.
- When you’re done, gently blow your nose
- Clean and dry the bottle as per instructions and store safely for next
Replace the FLO Sinus Wash bottle after 3 months of use.

FLO CRS is a preservative free, non-medicated saline wash that is gentle enough to be used daily:
- Use up to three times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional
- FLO CRS can be used at any time of day, except within an hour before bed
After using FLO Sinus Care you will need to wash and dry the bottle, cap and tube so they are ready use next time:
- Discard any remaining fluid
- Wash all components with warm soapy water and rinse well
- Dry with a clean paper towel
- Firmly wipe all components using either a large alcohol swab or a clean paper towel which has been well moistened with isopropyl alcohol (available from pharmacies)
- Reassemble the bottle and store in the fridge until needed again.
