FLO Post Operative has been designed to support recovery post-surgery and has been formulated to be non-irritating and gentle to use. It is suitable for daily use and can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How can FLO Post Operative help?

FLO Post Operative nasal and sinus wash helps to optimise recovery after nasal and sinus surgery. It has been formulated to be non-irritating and is gentle on nasal and sinus tissues.

FLO Post Operative is:

  • Preservative free
  • Gentle and uses a non-sting formulation
  • Suitable for use alongside other medications

FLO Post Operative comes with 1 FLO sinus wash bottle and 70 sachets. If you require more FLO sachets for your FLO sinus wash bottle, choose FLO Sinus Care Refills, available in packs of 20, 50 or 100 sachets.

  • Always read the label and follow the directions for use

How to use

  • Add lukewarm pre-boiled water to the FLO sinus wash bottle fill line
  • Add the contents of one FLO sachet to the bottle
  • Screw the cap firmly onto the bottle and shake until all powder has dissolved.
  • Lean over a basin or sink and tuck your chin towards your chest. Insert the cap nozzle into your nostril.
  • While breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze the FLO sinus wash bottle until the solution starts to drain from your other nostril.
  • Continue until about half of the solution has been used. Repeat on the other nostril with the remaining solution.
  • When you’re done, gently blow your nose
  • Clean and dry the bottle as per instructions and store safely for next time.

Replace the FLO Sinus Wash bottle after 3 months of use.

Dosage

Use twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

FLO Post Operative may be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Your healthcare provider will advise you on how often and how long you should rinse your sinuses after having your surgery. Generally, this will mean rinsing your nose a few times a day until any swelling has gone down.

You can use FLO Post Operative nasal and sinus wash twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

FLO Post Operative is a preservative-free, non-medicated saline wash and can be used more often if required and directed by your healthcare professional.

FLO Post Operative can be used at any time of day, except during the hour before you go to bed

When you have sinus surgery, the tissues in your nose or sinuses react by swelling up. This usually leads to a blocked (congested) nose in the 2-3 weeks after your surgery.

Your healthcare provider will usually ask you to use a sinus wash – such as FLO Post Operative until the swelling goes down.
