How can FLO Rapid Relief help?
FLO Rapid Relief is a preservative-free nasal decongestant spray containing xylometazoline hydrochloride. It is designed to quickly clear a blocked or runny nose caused by cold and flu, hayfever and allergies and sinusitis.
Using FLO Rapid Relief can help by:
- Relieving a blocked or runny nose
- Providing fast-acting relief
- Lasting for up to 10 hours

How To Use
- Gently blow the nose.
- Remove the green protective cap.
- Before first use, prime the pump once or twice until an even spray is dispensed.
- Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the applicator firmly once while sniffing deeply.
- Repeat the procedure in the other nostril.
- After use wipe the nozzle with a soft, clean tissue and replace the green protective cap.

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age: One spray into each nostril 2-3 times daily if needed.
Not to be used continuously for more than 3 days. Do not use more than every 8-10 hours. FLO Rapid Relief should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
Do not share nasal sprays, as sharing may spread infection.

What causes sinus congestion?
Sinus congestion can be caused by a number of factors including:
- Bacterial or viral infections such as a cold and flu
- Sinus infections (sinusitis) can cause swelling of the sinus tissues leaving you feeling blocked or congested
- Allergic reactions to pollen, dust or other airborne allergens can cause swelling and congestion in the nose and sinuses.
What is the difference between FLO CRS and FLO Sinus Care?
FLO CRS has xylitol and a low sodium and potassium formula to help provide cleansing relief for sinus infections (sinusitis) that does not interfere with factors in the nose which are needed for nasal immunity.

What are the benefits of low salt in nasal wash?

How many times a day can you do a sinus rinse?
FLO CRS is a preservative free, non-medicated saline wash that is gentle enough to be used daily:
- Use up to three times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional
- FLO CRS can be used at any time of day, except within an hour before bed
How to clean the nasal rinse bottle?
After using FLO Sinus Care you will need to wash and dry the bottle, cap and tube so they are ready use next time:
- Discard any remaining fluid
- Wash all components with warm soapy water and rinse well
- Dry with a clean paper towel
- Firmly wipe all components using either a large alcohol swab or a clean paper towel which has been well moistened with isopropyl alcohol (available from pharmacies)
- Reassemble the bottle and store in the fridge until needed again.
