How can FLO Nasal Mist help?
FLO Nasal Mist helps to relieve symptoms of cold and flu, hayfever and allergies.
Using FLO Nasal Mist can help by:
- Thinning and helping to clear excess mucus
- Washing away pollen and other allergens and irritants
- Cleansing the nasal cavities before using medicated sprays
- Moisturising and soothing nasal tissues
- Removing dried blood and mucus after nasal surgery
FLO Nasal Mist is especially effective for those who are unable to use a sinus wash but still need a thorough cleanse.

How to use
- Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril and angle it so that it aims towards the bottom of the ear lobe on the same side of the head.
- Depress the touch button with your index finger and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose.
- Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose to clear excess fluid and mucus. Repeat for the other nostril.
- After use, wash nozzle and dry with a clean tissue and replace outer cap.

Dosage
Use up to 4 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Do not share nasal sprays, as sharing may spread infection.
FLO Nasal Mist may be used during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Is saline nasal spray a decongestant?
FLO Nasal Mist is a non-medicated product that provides a continuous spray of saline to gently relieve a blocked (congested) nose. It does not contain a decongestant.
Saline nasal sprays and washes work by thinning and washing out excess mucus and irritants that can cause a blocked nose and other nasal symptoms triggered by allergies and infections.
FLO Rapid Relief contains an effective decongestant (called xylometazoline hydrochloride) to help quickly clear a blocked or runny nose and provides relief for up to 10 hours after use. Do not use for more than 3 days at a time, unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist to do so.
